The prospectus has only six clauses; the beach is to be kept clear for 1000 feet from the houses; a plot of ground costs £20; the houses are to be used by only by fishermen; an owner may let his house to a fisherman; and may own any number of houses. The final clause states that the final plan shall be settled by the majority of subscribers. It is not known if any of the plans were ever started.
