Description (Object or Artwork): This tea caddy is in the shape of a parcel of tea and is decorated with Chinese characters. It is made from bone china and is enamelled and gilt. The caddy is one of two in the museums' collection designed by Christopher Dresser for Minton. Both caddies are used to illustrate the history of modern design.
