This postcard shows a group of wounded Indian soldiers, British soldiers and nurses gathered in the Royal Pavilion Gardens in Brighton. The Dome can be seen in the background. The Royal Pavilion, Dome and Corn Exchange acted as a military hospital for wounded Indian soldiers from December 1914 until early 1916.
