Altar cloth. Red felt embroidered with a black foliate design, central gold cross and dove, surrounded by motifs of Matthew, Andrew, Paul and Peter, and names of other disciples. Used for Epiphany celebrated on 6 January each year.
Acquired by Brighton Museum & Art Gallery from Holy Trinity Church in Ship Street, Brighton, c1985.
