Brighton bus, advertising Tamplins Brewery, negotiates a roadblock during World War Two. For much of the war, an exclusion zone was placed around the South East making access to Brighton difficult. Taken 15 June 1940, just a few days after Paris had fallen to German troops and fears of an invasion were growing.
