Description (Object or Artwork): This photographic print shows work in progress on the construction of Queensway and Craven Road in Brighton. These roads were built as part of the Craven Vale Estate. The photograph is a view looking east at the northern junction of the two roads. The construction of the estate was overseen by the Borough Surveyor's department, who made this print as a record of the work.
