This is an official paper programme of events for the Brighton Carnival from 13 June to 16 June 1923. The cost of the programme was six pence. The front cover of the programme is a colour illustration of a carnival parade and a white silhouette of the Royal Pavilion in the background, in the forefront of the illustration is a woman dressed in 1920's style clothing and headdress, twirling ribbons and kicking her leg in the air. The programme was printed by The Southern Publishing Company Limited in Brighton in 1923.
