Monochrome photographic print of Highleigh flats not long after construction in Grove Hill, Brighton, looking east towards Sussex Street and Albion Hill on the left. This was the first 'tower block' to be erected in the town and was opened by the then Mayor, Alan Johnson, on 16 May 1961.
