Fishing boats on beach below Little East Street. Four boats with names of the boats and owners on the stern, one being winched in from the sea on left of view. Several donkeys resting at right bottom. The Star and Garter Hotel and Tavern is shown on right and other buildings along Kings Road. The coach and horses for the London to Brighton run is at the top of the steps outside the hotel.
