Enamelled pearlware. Entitled 'St Phillip', the figure wears a slouch hat and loose clothing including trousers. Stands on a neoclassical plinth similar to that supporting the figure of Benjamin Franklin (451). Made by the Wood factory, Staffordshire, c1790.
