The figures form a mixed group of early musicians and include drummers, horn players, bagpipers, violinists and a small female figure cast as a singer. Nicknamed 'Nebuchadnezzar's Band'. Earthenware, lead-glazed and oxide-coloured. Made in Staffordshire, c1760. Part of the 'Music and Drama' theme in the Willett Collection.
