This bowl stands on a short foot ring. It is glazed overall and decorated on the outside in enamel colours and gilt. The design consists of two panels reversed out of a green, honeycomb ground; a red dragon in one and a green and purple phoenix in the other. There is a 'Made in China' mark in red enamel on the base.
