Pair of Ewe made women’s kente cloths, made with supplementary warp. Blue, green, yellow white and red. Kpevi ‘two stones’ is generic name in Southern Volta region for supplementary warp, also called ‘Korsokorso’ which means chain, and js the name of the specific design. Women wear one cloth a wrap skirt and one wrapped around the top half of the body. Bought from the weaver Atsu Eboe. Collected as part of the Fashioning Africa project
