Description: Prattware relief-moulded with profile portrait of Sarah Siddons, probably portrayed here as Euphrasia in Arthur Murphy's tragedy, 'The Grecian Daughter'. Made in Staffordshire, c1800.
The portrait was believed originally by Henry Willett to be that of Queen Marie Antoinette and included in the 'England and France' theme in the Willett Collection.
